Privacy Policy

1. Summary
ronDEX.fun is a non-custodial decentralized finance (DeFi) interface. We do not collect, store, or sell personal information. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrase, or funds. This policy describes the limited data we do process when you use the Service.
2. Data We Process
Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, your public Ronin address is visible to the Service so we can read on-chain balances, display your positions, and route transactions. This is the same information visible on any public block explorer.
On-chain activity. We read your transactions from the Ronin blockchain via public RPC endpoints and Supabase-indexed data to display portfolio and trading history. This data is already public on-chain.
Usage telemetry. We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (page views, feature usage, approximate region) via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not track individuals across sites.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) and CDN (Cloudflare) may log IP addresses, user agents, and request paths for security, abuse-prevention, and debugging purposes. These logs are retained for a limited period.
3. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, or any other personally identifiable information directly. We do not sell or share data with advertisers. We have no access to your private keys, seed phrases, or signed messages outside the specific on-chain transactions you authorize.
4. Ronin Waypoint (Social Login)
If you choose to sign in via Ronin Waypoint (Sky Mavis's keyless wallet), your social-login identity (e.g. Google, Apple, Facebook, email) is handled directly by Sky Mavis under their Privacy Policy. ronDEX.fun receives only the resulting Ronin wallet address from Sky Mavis — not your underlying email or social account.
5. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure including but not limited to: Ronin Network (Sky Mavis), Katana DEX, Supabase (indexed data), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (CDN/DNS), CoinGecko (token metadata), and WalletConnect (wallet connections). Each provider has its own privacy policy. We do not control how these third parties process data.
6. Cookies & Local Storage
The Service uses browser local storage to remember your wallet connection state, swap preferences (slippage, gas), and swap history. These are stored only in your browser and never transmitted to our servers.
7. Data Retention
On-chain data is, by nature, permanent and public. Aggregate analytics and server logs are retained only as long as necessary for operational and security purposes, typically no more than 90 days.
8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, most data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are inapplicable to ronDEX.fun directly. To disconnect your wallet, simply use the Disconnect action in the wallet menu. To remove on-chain history, you would need to interact with the underlying blockchain — which we cannot do on your behalf.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be flagged via a notice on rondex-fun-web.vercel.app.
