Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ronDEX.fun (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
ronDEX.fun is a non-custodial interface to public smart contracts deployed on the Ronin Network. The Service aggregates pricing data, routes swaps through third-party decentralized exchanges (including Katana V2 and V3), and provides token analytics. ronDEX.fun never takes custody of your assets, private keys, or seed phrases. All transactions are executed directly between your wallet and on-chain smart contracts.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and tax obligations applicable to your use of decentralized finance protocols in your jurisdiction.
4. No Financial Advice
Information presented on ronDEX.fun — including prices, charts, analytics, trending tokens, and bonding curves — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency and DeFi protocols carry significant risk, including total loss of capital. Do your own research.
5. Smart Contract Risk
The Service interacts with third-party smart contracts (Katana DEX, AggregateRouter, Permit2, and others). These contracts may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or behave in unexpected ways. ronDEX.fun makes no warranty regarding the security, availability, or correctness of any underlying smart contract.
6. Fees
ronDEX.fun charges a platform fee of 0.10% (10 basis points) on swaps, collected on-chain via the AggregateRouter's PAY_PORTION instruction. Underlying protocols (e.g. Katana DEX, Ronin Wallet) may charge their own fees, which are passed through transparently in the quote.
7. Wallet Connection and Waypoint
You may connect to the Service using a self-custody wallet (Ronin Wallet, MetaMask, Phantom, WalletConnect) or via Ronin Waypoint (Sky Mavis's keyless wallet powered by Multi-Party Computation). Use of Waypoint is also subject to Sky Mavis's terms at wallet.roninchain.com/terms-of-use. You are solely responsible for safeguarding access to your wallet.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any law or regulation, (b) launder money or finance illegal activity, (c) interfere with the operation of the Service, (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account or smart contract, or (e) use the Service from a sanctioned jurisdiction.
9. No Warranty
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ronDEX.fun AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF FUNDS, PROFITS, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
